The Academy Writing Site - offers on-line posting of your work and will critique it.
Author Link is another site which will post stories. For a fee (about \$35 US) they will post your novel if it meets their selection criteria. They offer exposure to agents and publishers and a critique of your work.
MSF&F
Millenium Science Fiction and Fantasy. An e-zine, guidelines for submissions are posted on the site.
On Spec is one of my favourite magazines. Their site is a wealth of links and items of interest to writers, including their publishing guidelines.

The Fae Gatekeeper of Dreams and Faerytales Home Page are pages of art poetry and, of course faerytales. The Gatekeeper page has a poetry contest which runs until October.

Bibliobytes is a site which posts books on the web. This may be the place to submit that novel....
